The project included custom swimming pool construction, a sunken seating area, outdoor shower zone, pergola installation, landscaping, and gardening. The entire scope was managed by our DM licensed engineers under one contract with full Dubai Properties approvals.

Custom Swimming Pool Construction
The swimming pool is the centerpiece of this space. Our team handled excavation, structural reinforcement, plumbing, waterproofing, tiling, and finishing. The pool layout complements the surrounding landscape and sunken area, creating a seamless flow between water, seating, and greenery.
Sunken Seating Area
Built below ground level, the sunken area creates a private lounge space that feels separate from the garden while staying connected to the pool and landscape. Structural works, drainage, and waterproofing were handled by our civil engineers.
Outdoor Shower Area
A dedicated shower zone near the pool with proper drainage and water resistant finishes, designed for daily use in Dubai’s climate.
Pergola Construction
Custom pergola designed to complement the villa’s architecture while providing shade for outdoor seating, dining, and relaxation year round.
