The outdoor scope covered a swimming pool, sunken sitting area, shower zone, built-in BBQ, pergola, and full landscaping. The interior scope included a complete renovation with updated finishes and layout improvements. Our DM licensed architects and engineers managed the full project under one contract with Emaar community approvals.
